Gizzmo.ai reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. 1. Copyright, Licenses, and Idea Submissions By using the Gizzmo.ai website, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

• Do not use the service in a manner that would degrade the service, harm our reputation, or otherwise violate our terms of service.
• Gizzmo.ai is not responsible for content supplied by the customer, and customers must hold all rights to the content they provide.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Site and the internet. Gizzmo.ai provides the Site and related information “as is” and makes no warranties, representations, or endorsements.

2. Use of the Site You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for data accuracy and maintaining a means external to the Site for reconstructing lost data.
3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gizzmo.ai and its affiliates from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you or any other person accessing the service.
4. Third Party Rights The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service) and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Gizzmo.ai and its affiliates. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you.
5. Term; Termination This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. Gizzmo.ai will keep your files for 14 days, and you must download the delivered files within that timeframe. Gizzmo.ai is not responsible for files not downloaded within that timeframe.
6. Miscellaneous This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Israel. Any legal action or proceeding between Gizzmo.ai and you concerning this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Israel. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be barred.
